You must be at least 18 years old and the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of any Facebook group you submit. By submitting, you represent that you have full authority to sell or transfer ownership of that group.

3. Valuations and Offers

Valuations we provide are estimates based on the information you supply and our market analysis. They are not binding until both parties sign a formal acquisition agreement. We reserve the right to decline any group at our sole discretion.

4. Payments and Escrow

All approved transactions are processed through a licensed third-party Escrow service. PLU MEDIA LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or disputes arising from the Escrow provider, except as required by law. Final payment terms are set forth in each individual acquisition agreement.

5. Compliance with Facebook Terms

You are responsible for understanding and complying with Facebook's Terms of Service in connection with any transfer of group administration. We facilitate the transfer in good faith but do not warrant that any specific group transfer will be permitted by Facebook.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all submissions as confidential and will not disclose your identity or group details outside our acquisitions team except as needed to complete a transaction or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and trademarks are the property of PLU MEDIA LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
